PIPPL Park is the First Private Industrial Park of Kerala developed by the Company Pathanamthitta Industrial Promotion Private Limited promoted by The Kerala State Small Industries Association (KSSIA) Pathanamthitta and The Central Travancore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
It is the first private industrial park in Kerala with the approval of Government of Kerala jointly promoted by entrepreneurs and industrialists from the District's of Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Idukki and Alappuzha.
The project is been developed in 10+ Acres of land and is located at Paranthal, Adoor at about a distance 600 metres from the MC Road.
It will provide a state of art most modern facilities for a green and smart Industrial promotion for sustainability and innovation.

Internal Road
7.0 m wide Two Lane Road with 1.5m Side Walks. The Road is laid with a central ridge and transverse slopes to both sides in such a manner that the Rain water is led to the Storm water drainage trenches provided on both sides of the road. The Roads can be surfaced using heavy duty concrete tiles or asphalt laid as per NH Standards.
Services
Main Arterial Services provided along Road . Pre Cast RCC Trenches are provided to handle the Storm Water Drainage, Fire Mains, Water Supply lines, Electrical and ELV lines, Sewerage lines etc . The service trenches are provided with removable RCC Cover Slabs at specific intervals . The owners of the plots are permitted to take branch connections from the mains provided on both sides of the main Road. The Top of the Trenches are used as Foot Path and are 30cm above the road level.
Water Supply
Abundant water available in Well and reasonable Ground Water is available in the region. The Master Plan proposes to provide an Underground water tank in the Park Centre area built in RCC and having capacity of 100,000 litres storage. The Storage tank serves as the rain water harvest storage and is connected to the external storm water mains through filters. The UG Tank is also the main Fire Storage reservoir and is connected to a Fire Main pump and jockey pump with allied Controls and panels.
Distribution
Gravity from Central Water Tank Structure at highest point. Considering the quality of water stored in the tanks and the available well water quality, a dedicated water treatment plant is located in the Park Centre building in the PIPPL office area. Dedicated pumps supplied with backed up power are available to pump water form the UG Storage tank to the OH Tank. An Overhead water tank is located at the peak of the Site in the Roundabout proposed in the Main Road. The Tank has a holding capacity of 50,000 litres and is built in RCC. The Overhead reservoir base is proposed to be placed at a level of 145. The Tank also serves as an identifier Structure and shall be visible from the hills across the Site and from the Roads around.

One of the Key components that is planned in the Park, is the SKILL DEVELOPMENT CENTRE to ensure a continued supply of technically skilled resources in the campus at all times.
This is primarily intended at ensuring the local skill pool is utilized to be maximum to ensure the development of the local social strata.
The proposed concept of the Skill development Centre at the Entrance of the industrial Park with the following facilities is envisaged to aid the industrial upliftment of the region.
The building shall be face of the PIPPL industrial Park project. With the Government support in Skill training and industrial training tie ups with International Companies, PIPPL Industrial estate will become an example to follow for other Private parks.
